Meet Gemma
L.I.F.T (Lifestyle Improvement Fitness Training) was brought to life in 2021, providing personal training sessions, and soon to come online workout programs. Since I was a kid, I have always been passionate about fitness and was motivated to create something that helps people manage their time and get started on their goals. I spent most of my life educating myself, getting multiple certifications and going to school. I have a diploma for Fitness and Health Promotion and graduated in Sports Strength and Conditioning Coach (B.Sc.)
After years of always wanting to create a website and online programing I finally started following my dreams. L.I.F.T is created to help people embrace the fitness and health lifestyle, gain confidence, and develop a sense of fulfillment to become the best version of you. I want to teach clients on working towards being stronger, happier and healthier. L.I.F.T training will help clients focus on how to train towards goals and how to maximize food as energy source. As a lifelong learner, I plan to continually expand upon training techniques, and keep up to date on how I can provide optimal resources for my clients and my programs.
We all have our individual preferences and differences; whether it is preferred time to train, type of training, or nutritional choices. One thing we all have in common is that we are all capable when we put our mind, and action into something. My fitness philosophy is to open the minds of individuals regarding their physical capacity, and help develop physically literate individuals to feel comfortable, and confident in their body. I look forward to guiding you on this path of self-discovery and development!
