My Services and Rates

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED, LEARNING HOW TO TRAIN IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME.

Whether your online or in person, I personalize the programs specific to you and your needs, wants and goals. This way the programs created are suitable for the individual’s fitness level and age. If you’re unsure of a particular goal, here are some ideas; shredding body fat, building lean muscle mass, corrective exercise, improving mobility, and/or overall health.

Core Exercise

Personal Training that comes to you

$70 per session for

1-3  sessions/week
$65 per session for
4+ sessions/week

I’ll personally come to you, any acceptable location, home, condo, office, outdoors. In home training is only for the Kingston, Ontario and surrounding region. If your not in Kingston region additional rates may apply.  I use multiple techniques when training my clients such as: training with bands, weight-training, body weight training, medicine balls, kettlebells, TRX, foam roll, ab roller, and sliders.

Bring a buddy for only an additional $15 per session

Online Personal Training

$60 per session for 1-2 sessions/week
$55 per session for 3-5 sessions/week

I'll personally be training you, through online apps such as zoom, WhatsApp, and/or Facebook Messenger. This is provided Canada-wide. If client has equipment, I’ll make sure to incorporate that into the program.

Bring a buddy for only an additional $15 per session.

Starter Session

Before booking personal training sessions with me (online or in home), everyone must complete a STARTER SESSION.  A Perfect way to have a trial session, and this way I can get to know my clients personally, and personalize the programs effectively. To ensure safety of my clients, preliminary forms will be signed to see if you have any injuries or take any medication.

This includes:

  • Signing Preliminary Forms

  • Lifestyle Assessment Questionnaire

  • Fitness Assessment

  • Body composition measurements

  • 30-minute workout
