How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
L.I.F.T allows you to train in the comfort of your own home, without losing one on one training, or custom programming. Clients don't have to wait or own equipment. Also clients have the option to meet at a location that's most comfortable for you (Ex: park).
What types of fitness equipment are effective for training in home?
I use multiple techniques when training my client such as: training with bands, weight-training, body weight training, medicine balls, kettlebells, 10-45lbs dumbbells, TRX, Wall Balls, foam roll, ab roller, and sliders. Any piece of equipment could be used with L.I.F.T effective programing technique.
How are you following Covid-19 guidelines?
During in person training, I wear a mask, and sanitize all my equipment I bring. If lockdown measures are in place, I provide online services and continue in person training when its allowed.
